We’ve made the Installer Rewards scheme easier to use for installers and homeowners.
Installers can now easily register on behalf of their customers, with the amount of data required reduced drastically, while homeowners who register their own products can easily do so with minimal information.
Installers will still receive points whether they register for a customer, or a customer does themselves.

We have hundreds of installers on our scheme, but we’ve also had numbers of homeowners contacting us as installers not on the scheme haven’t registered their installations.
Changing it so homeowners, as well as installers can register means every Schiedel installation is correctly registered and guaranteed.

You can. Simply visit the https://warranty.schiedel.com/en page and register as an installer and continue as you have done in the past.
One of the complaints was the amount of info to add to each installation, so we’ve drastically reduced it to save you a huge amount of time. There is still a notes section to add anything you need.
You can track your installations, so if one hasn’t been added then you can chase up, or even add the installation on their behalf.
We are working on combining the new system to show you your points and allow you to redeem. This will be a later development.
We will do this quarterly now and most of it will eventually be automatic, so you will receive the link to the vouchers each quarter without having to redeem.
There are 3 points for each installation – this is an average based on all the installs we’ve had over the last few years.
Homeowner
When you need to register your stove and chimney if your installer has asked you to or not registered it for you.
It’s very easy to register your chimney and stove installation.
Please note that you will be registering your Schiedel product (chimney or stove). If you have a non-Schiedel stove, then you will need to contact the manufacturer to register the stove, while the chimney system can be registered here.

- Installer name. Important to put in their correct email address.
- Your address.
- Product name – from a drop down list (example: ICID, Tecnoflex, etc.)
- Product serial number – doesn’t apply if a chimney is installed and is only applicable for an appliance (example: Sirius stove, Sargas stove).
- Date of purchase – when you purchased the system.
- Date of installation – when the system was installed.
- Your product is now registered 🙂

- The homeowners details (address, etc.).
- Product name – from a drop down list (example: ICID, Tecnoflex, etc.).
- Product serial number or sales order number.
- Internal diameter details.
- Single or multi-storey details.
- Supplier or stockist.
- Date of purchase and date of installation.
- Your product is now registered for your customer :).
Please note that points are now redeemed quarterly and must be redeemed within the year of initial installation registration otherwise they will be removed. We will email you prior to any removal to allow you to redeem. To redeem:
- Visit https://guarantee.schiedel.com/ - this is for installers only.
- If you have used this in the past, please enter your username and password
- New users can register here - make sure you use the same email as STAGE 1
- Once logged in, you can see your installations and approve them.
- In the same screens you can click redeem.
- We receive this request and Love2Shop will send you an email every quarter with your requested amount.

To register a warranty for a customer, you can follow the below steps. Note that homeowners can also register their own warranties.
Visit warranty.schiedel.com and either login or register.
Once you are in the system, you can then click the Register a new product section.

Enter the homeowner details. Please note, if you enter their email address, then they will get notification of the registration and be able to download their own certificates.
If, however, you provide a full service, then please leave this blank, as you will be able to download using your details. Do not add your email address in this box.

Now enter the product details. Please note that Sales order number or reference can be duplicated for example if you have used one sales order for multiple installs.
You can also upload any documentation in this section as well.

Once this is complete, you will see a list of your installations. You can click VIEW CERTIFICATE to see the details.
When you click VIEW CERTIFICATE, you will be able to print this out for your customer.
This is the information recorded in our system. If you have any amends, then please let us know. It's not necessary to amend names if someone has moved house, as the guarantee applies to the appliance and system.

Redeeming your points
Once you have registered an installation for your customer, then you can visit the redemption portal. This is only accessible by installers and not homeowners. This site will allow you to check and approve installations, as well as redeem your points.
For installers to approve installations and redeem points, please visit https://guarantee.schiedel.com/
If you have not registered before, please ensure you use the same email address used in when you register warranties for customers.

Once logged in, you will see a set of installation which need to be approved or declined.

If you click Redeem Points you will be able to choose the points you require.
Please note that these are now sent to you every quarter year. So if you redeem in January, they should be with you by April.
