The HP 5000 is perfect for industrial and commercial flue gas applications up to an overpressure of 5,000 Pascal. In accordance with European standards, the system is tested and certified for continuous operation at temperatures of up to 600 °C.

The multifunctional HP 5000 positive pressure flue gas system made of high-quality stainless steel is the perfect solution when it comes to positive and/or negative pressures of up to 5000 Pascal and high or low flue gas temperatures. The individual system components are available in single-walled or double-walled design. The system impresses with maximum stability and extremely simple installation with friction-locked connections - resistant to oscillations and vibrations of all kinds. Great stability

The system is extremely stable with regard to mechanical loads such as vibrations. No "sagging" of the cable. Thermal expansion is absorbed by the expansion joint. The friction-locked connections make the HP 5000 system resistant to oscillations and vibrations caused by motors or combined heat and power units (CHP).

(Multi) Functional

The HP 5000 flue gas system is always used when positive or negative pressures of up to 5000 Pascal are present and high or low flue gas temperatures are present. The system is approved for temperatures up to 600 °C in continuous operation (burn-out tested at 1000 °C), so that there is no risk of liquefied, escaping grease in the event of fire.

Wide range of applications

The HP 5000 system is multifunctional and offers a wide range of applications. It is suitable for CHP units, emergency power generators, boilers, forging ovens, process heat, smoke extraction systems or mechanical smoke extraction systems as well as for kitchen exhaust air systems in the catering industry.

High quality

HP 5000 comes with high-quality materials as standard: the inner pipe is made of stainless steel. In the double wall system, the extremely resistant ceramic fiber thermal insulation is covered by a stainless steel outer casing. The ingenious connection technology is guaranteed by pre-installed special seals and special V-shaped clamping straps.

The structure of the system

With Schiedel HP5000 you have an extensive range of twin and single wall components with 25mm and 50mm cavity insulation, giving it the versatility required to meet the widest range of applications. It can be used internally and externally.

The twin-walled system consists of an inner channel made of 316L stainless steel with continuous seams and a flange at each end. It is available with an inner channel thickness of 0.6 mm and 1 mm. Between the inner and outer channels is an insulating blanket of mineral wool with a thickness of 25 mm or 50 mm. The inner diameter ranges from 130 mm to 800 mm. The inner channel with a thickness of 0.6 mm is available for diameters from 130 mm to 350 mm (versions with 25 mm and 50 mm air gaps are available on request). The outer channel is made of 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 0.6 mm for diameters from 130 mm to 550 mm and 0.7 mm for diameters from 600 mm to 800 mm. Specially designed connections between the components create a pressure-resistant and structurally sound channel.

The single-walled system consists of a 316L stainless steel channel with welded seams, constructed as a continuous piece with a flange at each end. It is available in thicknesses of 0.6 mm and 1 mm, with inner diameters ranging from 130 mm to 800 mm. The channel with a thickness of 0.6 mm is available in diameters from 130 mm to 350 mm. Specially designed connections between the components create a pressure-resistant and structurally sound channel. No sealants are needed as the connections come with pre-assembled sealing rings. The components have flanges at both ends, with a slot at the male end extending 25 mm to ensure proper alignment of the connection and sealing rings. A sealing ring is pre-assembled at the male end for easy installation. When two components are joined, the connection is secured with a V-shaped clamping band, eliminating the need for additional sealants.
