The ePURO TOP fine dust filter is an electrostatic particle separator for wood-burning stoves, such as fireplaces and tiled stoves, but also for wood/pellet central heating systems up to 50 kW. The flexible use of the fine dust filter allows it to be used with existing and steel chimneys. It reduces the proportion of fine dust in the flue gas by up to 90%, which helps to improve the air quality. We have summarized all the advantages of the fine dust filter for you:

Functional

The electrostatic fine dust separator can reduce the proportion of fine dust in the flue gas of existing wood-burning fires by up to 90%. It is suitable for wood-burning stoves, such as fireplaces and tiled stoves, but also for wood/pellet central heating systems up to 50 kW and does not reduce the free flue gas cross-section. The active fine dust filter with electrostatic separation electrostatically charges the dust particles contained in the flue gas.

Simple installation & great flexibility

Due to the great flexibility of use, the ePURO TOP fine dust filter can be used for both existing and steel chimneys and can therefore be used to upgrade both new and existing fireplaces. Installation is relatively simple and can be carried out from the mouth of the chimney; only a 230 V connection needs to be provided on site. Cleaning by the chimney sweep is also not complicated by its use, as the ePURO TOP filter does not need to be dismantled for this. In addition, the ePURO TOP fine dust filter is also suitable for multiple use with solid fuels.

The system structure

The ePURO TOP fine dust filter can be installed on a stainless steel chimney or a brick chimney (as shown here). A 230 V connection must be provided by the customer. A retrofit pipe is placed in the masonry chimney head, in which an electrode is inserted and which ends with a T-piece after the chimney cover. The ePURO TOP fine dust filter is attached to this T-piece.
