The clearance to combustible materials, as indicated in the CE-designation, applies to flues with a nominal diameter up to and including 300 mm. Regarding flues with a larger nominal diameter, the clearance must be multiplied b a factor: ø350 - ø450 x 1.5, ø500 - ø600 x 2, > ø700 x 4.
